Risotto

                           How are you? Today we're preparing a risotto. It's a really delicious recipe, and easy to prepare. Let's get started. You'll need: • 4 cups of chicken broth •2 spoons of butter • ¾ cup of finely chopped onion • 1 and a half cups of arboreal rice • ½ cup of white wine • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese • ½ teaspoon of salt • ¼ teaspoon of pepper Preparation Boil the chicken broth and keep it in a hot stove on low heat. In another pot, melt the butter, add the onion and wait for it to change color. Add the rice to the onion pot, moving continuously so it can mix. It is important to constantly move the risotto. Add the wine right there and wait for it to evaporate completely. Once the wine has evaporated, pour half a cup of the chicken stock and stir so the rice can absorb it. American Pancakes with Syrup

Today's recipe is a classic component of American breakfast. We'll show you how to prepare this mouth-watering meal. We'll need:   1 cup flour   1 teaspoon baking powder   1 pinch of salt   1 cup milk   2 tablespoon sugar   1 egg   1 tablespoon oil Now that we've got everything ready, we take a bowl and mix the flour with baking powder and salt. If you sift the dough, it will be much thinner. In another separate bowl, beat the egg. Once beaten, we add the glass of milk, oil, and sugar and continue beating until it's smooth. Spaghetti Carbonara

Today we'll learn how to prepare traditional spaghetti carbonara. It's a traditional Italian recipe. You'll need: 200 g spaghetti 4 thick slices of bacon (100 g) 2 eggs 6 tablespoons cream 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (30 g) 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt Ground pepper Recipe  preparation spaghetti with carbonara sauce - To prepare dough: Put plenty of water (approximately 2 liters) to boil in a large saucepan. When the water begins to boil, add a teaspoon of salt. Add the spaghetti. When they are soft, press them with a wooden spoon so that they`ll be well covered with water.
